Mark has operated in the IT industry for over 25 years across government, defence, education, and automotive sectors. His career has included leadership roles at Serco, HPE, PA Consulting, GM, and AWS as CTO, CIO, and Chief Architect. Mark is known for secure, complex systems design within defence and government, and is a dedicated advocate for cloud, data, and AI technologies. He is a Fellow of both the British Computer Society and the Royal Society of Arts and a Chartered Engineer. Mark is a co-founder of Outcome Works.
John has operated in the IT industry for over 40 years starting off as a mathematician in the defence sector. In the mid 80's he provided bidding and business development services for Logica plc (now CGI) - In 1997, John moved to CMG to work in strategic outsourcing and partnership based IT/BPO deals. Following some large strategic wins, John and some colleagues founded one of the UK's first bid management companies helping suppliers to win large outcome based deals in the public sector. In 2009, John set up, Landseer Partners a strategic advisory company to help service providers win large strategic deals including advice and guidance to new market entrants and to aid private equity companies to undertake sales due diligence on companies that might be acquired by them. In addition to running Landseer Partners, John helped found Outcome Works in 2025.
Lee has worked across the IT and public-sector market in business development, bid leadership and strategic advisory roles. He has supported suppliers on complex EU and UK procurements, shaping winning strategies, operating models and delivery plans for outcome-based deals. Most recently he has acted as a Strategic Advisor with Brayton Global on public-sector growth. Earlier in his career Lee built and led large bid teams delivering multi-lot framework wins and large managed services contracts, with a focus on governance, service integration and measurable benefits. He co-founded Outcome Works in 2025 to help service providers and investors accelerate value creation through rigorous go-to-market design, commercial modelling and delivery assurance. In addition to advising technology firms, Lee works with partners on market entry, due diligence and sales transformation, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to securing strategic deals.
