The challenge

A large European systems integrator was bidding for a Service Desk contract with a large, independent European Union body, where the evaluation rewards quality of response as much as price.

What we did

  • Used the OWL Bid Team to produce the tender response, governance, artefacts, storyboards and drafts.
  • Ran structured reviews and polish passes before submission.
  • Worked with the integrator’s bid and subject experts, who directed the response and signed it off.
